Kenyan Investors to Storm Ghana

In the past few years, Ghana has signed Seven (7) key agreements & MOU’s with Kenya, centered on the development of partnerships in; Trade, Tourism, Agriculture, Energy/Oil and Gas, ICT, Air Transport Services, Education/Healthcare services. Historically, Kenya has been the Gateway to East Africa and Ghana the Gateway to West Africa. Kenya also remains the largest economy in East Africa while Ghana, the second largest economy in West Africa.

In light of the above, various investors have attempted to break into the West African Market through Ghana, albeit on individual levels. However, no effort has been made thus far to ensure a large scale consummation of these trade and business relations between the Eastern and Western bastions of business in Africa.

KENYA TRADE EXPO Ghana 2015 is an event that presents a notable opportunity for Ghanaian and Kenyan business owners to take advantage of the key historic agreements signed between the two countries. Forging stronger economic partnerships will boost Pan African trade; deliver jobs, investment opportunities and prosperity to the people of both nations.

The theme for the EXPO is “Invest in Ghana”. It will be held at the Labadi Beach Hotel from the 2nd – 4th of November, 2015 between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm each day.

There will be over a hundred (100) Kenyan investors, policy makers and industry CEOs who will seek to offer Partnerships, Investments, Joint Ventures, Contract Manufacturing, Export Opportunities and other business relations to their Ghanaian counterparts.
